Does as intended

Firstly and foremostly and as a proud American, Im offended by someones remark about the girl having a slutty American accent. Clearly that guy cant get a real woman and this being the closest thing, he is only projecting his wants.
This app is definitely for the person who can read English proficiently but might not be strong in conversational English.
What differentiates this as an app for speaking American? The girl whose voice reminds me of Summer Wheatley from the movie Napoleon Dynamite.
